We process orders from Monday through to Friday (except public holidays). We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days apart from personalised orders which can take up to 5 days to process 

This may not be practically possible during busy periods or on particularly busy days.

Within the UK we primarily use Evri & Royal Mail. This would be their standard service and not the next day option

International orders are usually processed using Royal Mail services, the majority of these will not have tracking options. Transit times vary according to location, with services to Europe taking around  5-7 working days, services to the US can take around 10-15 working days with Canada taking a little longer. Deliveries to the rest of the world can take 15-20 working days to reach their destination. Again, the quoted delivery times are estimates and should only be treated as a guide.

Please be aware that there could be delays in customs and the possibility of local taxes and duties being charged to your delivery if certain thresholds are crossed.
