RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns within 28 days

Changed your mind? 

You can return your items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original and sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Please email us with your intention to return and send the item back to us via a tracked service, ensuring you retain any receipts or tracking information

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed and sealed to avoid any damage on its way back to us.

To ensure we refund the right person (and the right amount), a completed returns form must be included with your returned items. Click here to download our returns form.

Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed.

 Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault or arrives damaged within the first 28 days, please complete a returns from by clicking here and report this to us immediately with photographic evidence of the fault. We will provide you with a pre-paid returns label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue you with a full refund.

For electronic goods, mechanical or jewellery items, you will usually have a 6-month, 12-month or 24-month warranty dependent on the item. If a fault arises you may contact us and we will refer your details onto the manufacturer/supplier.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges on our items. Please return the items back to us using the steps above for a full refund, then simply re-order again on our website.
